2 weeks to go!

What a couple of weeks it has been in Primary 2!

Last week we had our school trip - a visit to Briarlands Farm! We were away all day and had to take our lunch with us! We got to do loads of cool things like a tractor ride and animal petting! We also got to play in the maze, on the flying fox and on the giant jumping pillow! Miss Hampson and Miss Cheape even came on with us!

Mrs McCormick bought us some blackboard paint for some small areas in our classroom! This turns a wall into a chalkboard! When it is finished we will be able to practise our letters, words, phonics, maths, anything at all! We had great fun helping Miss Hampson paint it!

This week we also found out our new teachers and got to meet both them and our new class!

A day to Briarlands is too much for some of us!
A well deserved snooze on the bus home!

The moment Miss Hampson realised the giant bouncy castle
with no walls and 40 bouncing P2s was a bad idea!

Miss Hampson and Mr Paton were responsible for a guinea pig called Tiffin! Tiffin's favourite food is a finger or two!! Luckily Miss Hampson and Mr Paton kept her well fed so she didn't nibble their fingers!

P2 had the best day for their end of year trip!
